Testimonials

I find it very beneficial to deal with BMR. I work all over Britain and with one phone call to BMR my fuel, chemical or grass seed is delivered anywhere in the country at competitive prices the following day. This frees up a lot of my time from trying to source local suppliers and lets me get on with the job in hand.

Since 1987 BMR has grown to offer its members a constantly increasing range of benefits to help sustain and improve business viability. Currently, there are over 850 Private, Labour and Full members. Turnover is around £6 million.

Based from our Galashiels office, we cover an area from Berwick to Biggar and Edinburgh to Alnwick.

innovation: making use of the collective strengths and resources of members to research and innovative new enterprises both in the Borders and nationally, working with the Scottish Machinery Rings Association and development organisations.

marketing: being active, when appropriate, in the promotion of the Borders as having a clear marketable identity and by evolving a quality image which will be used to enhance the value of member's produce and services.
