Email Invoicing
The E-Invoicing service has been available to members for almost a year now. After an initial trial to iron out any hiccups, it is now proving to be very successful and evermore popular! This system has many advantages and is very simple to use. If you are on E-Invoicing, when the invoices are run, an email will automaticaly be sent to you with an attachment. The attachment is the invoice! If there is an attachment to go along with the invoice (eg a timesheet), this will immediately follow in a seperate email. You will require ADOBE reader on your PC, this can easily be downloaded from our Links Page. If you would like to sign up to E-Invoicing please email valerie@ringleader.co.uk. Don't worry if it doesn't work for you...we can easily take you off again but it's well worth a try!
